New customer support engineers on board
Customer support and service are key priorities for Sciencesoft Ltd and as part of our ongoing commitment we have recruited three new customer support engineers (CSEs) – Liam Barry, Muhammad Fadhli and Mick Mooney – as the newest additions to our team.
The role of our CSEs involves regularly visiting Sciencesoft customer and prospective customer sites worldwide to give support and advice on using the Sciencesoft product range. The CSEs will assist our end-users by ensuring that they get the most productivity and full benefit from using Sciencesoft software.
Their job will include training groups of reservoir engineers at the new Sciencesoft training centre in Glasgow and at customer sites throughout the world.
They will also be responsible for the production and updating of all training materials for Sciencesoft’s ever expanding product range.
Liam and Mick are based in Glasgow whilst Fadhli is based at EP Engineering’s offices in Kuala Lumpur. EP Engineering is Sciencesoft’s authorised dealer in SE Asia.
Liam, Fadhli and Mick (pictured from left, above) will report directly to William Wood, Sciencesoft’s sales and marketing director, who described their appointments as "a further enhancement of the excellent customer service package provided by Sciencesoft".
He added: “We’re delighted to have the new customer support engineers on board and know that they will be an integral and valuable part of our team.
"A key part of their responsibilities will be visiting our customers on-site and ensuring that they maximise the potential from using our world-class products."
